Darren Elkind has been practicing law in the West Volusia County area since 1995. He is board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar and routinely represents both individuals and corporations in courts throughout east central Florida, with an emphasis on providing aggressive representation to each of his clients. Mr. Elkind prides himself on ensuring that each of his clients receives his personal attention.

In addition to a busy civil litigation practice, Mr. Elkind also represents land owners and developers throughout Volusia County in every phase of the land development process. He also serves as City Attorney for the City of DeLand and as a special magistrate for the City of Sanford 's code enforcement proceedings. Mr. Elkind is uniquely well suited for litigating matters involving land development issues.

Mr. Elkind also contributes his time to the community, currently serving as Community Service Director of the DeBary/Deltona Rotary Club and serving on the Board of Directors for the Volusia Flagler Family YMCA.
